Walanbaa Ngiiyani | Stronger TogetherΒ is a 35 minute documentary following a motley crew of school students, Pacific Climate Warriors and Gomeroi First Nations Custodians as they come together in northwest New South Wales to visit the ancient lands and waters of the Gomeroi people.Together, as they confront the damaging impacts of mega coal mines and gas wells and work to protect lands and lives against the fossil fuel industry, we see that in the fight for climate justice we areΒ walanbaa ngiiyani - stronger together.Β

We will host a screening on Friday 2 August, 2024. Doors open at 5.30pm, and the film will start at 6.00pm.

We will have an outdoor film screening at the North Queensland Conservation Council office (114 Boundary Street, Railway Estate) - please bring a picnic rug, a comfy chair, snacks and a warm blanket.

We will have spare chairs if needed and there will be free hot chocolate to keep us warm.
