Some people were hesitant to chat, this could be because they’re still making up their minds about our energy future. It’s a big transition with far-reaching impacts, and we’re here to help people navigate the facts. Many visitors shared their success stories with rooftop solar and the personal benefits they’ve seen. At the same time, concerns were raised about the rollout of renewables and how we can make the transition work for everyone. For example, one stall visitor has many family members working in the Coal and Gas industry, making a just transition really important.

We also had a bit of fun with face painting at the stall - always a hit!
