Join us for a behind-the-scenes morning at the Ken Armitage Dry Tropics Nursery in Anderson Gardens. 

Ever wondered how Townsville’s greening and restoration projects come to life? This is your chance to peek behind the curtain and learn about the processes and partnerships that help our city grow.

New parking information!

Please park in the deco car park on the left of the big circle road at the city end of the nursery complex (turn left into the car park when you see Date Palm Palm Grove sign). We will then walk along the path through the World Cycad Garden to the nursery shed.

Bring: Water, protective clothing, and enclosed shoes!
