World Environment Day is celebrated on 5 June each year, and plays a big role in NQCC's calendar. It is the day that our Annual Memberships are due for renewal and is also a day to reflect on what our environment means to us and what we are working towards. 

This World Environment Day, we invite our members to join us in a virtual setting (via Zoom) for an interactive workshop. This isn't a seminar or webinar. There are no guest speakers or experts invited along to impart their knowledge. Instead, we want to hear from YOU, and learn from your local knowledge, your passion and your experience. 

For this event, we ask you to consider the following three questions:

• What do you love most about North Queensland's environment?
• What do you think are the biggest threats to our environment?
• What would you like to see in NQCC and North Queensland's future?

Please note that this event is for our members only - those who have pledged their commitment to our organisation. If you wish to have your voice heard, please ensure you join or renew your membership directly after you RSVP (you will automatically be taken to the webpage to do so).
